The purposes of the association shall be the following: a) Education. - To develop non-formal learning opportunities through various programs and projects. - To promote learning mobility for all young people. - To combat gender stereotypes in formal and non-formal education systems. - To offer appropriate guidance and counseling services to young people. - To develop participatory structures within the education system, as well as cooperation between educational centers, families, and the social sector. b) Employment and Emancipation. - To promote professional and occupational opportunities for young people. - To develop youth work as a resource to contribute to job creation. - To develop career guidance and counseling services. - To promote quality internships in social sector entities. - To foster the emancipation of young people in general, and those at risk of social exclusion in particular. c) Creativity and Entrepreneurship. - To promote the use of new technologies to enhance the talent of young people. - To promote the contribution of youth animation to youth creativity and entrepreneurship. - Promote access to creative tools, especially those related to new technologies. d) Health and sport. - Promote healthy living among young people and promote physical education, sports activities, and collaboration between youth leaders, healthcare professionals, and sports organizations, in order to prevent and treat obesity, injuries, addictions and substance abuse, and preserve mental and sexual health. - Promote health training opportunities for youth leaders, youth leaders, parents, and teachers. - Develop health information tailored to young people, especially those at risk of social exclusion, and mobilize youth information networks. e) Participation. - Ensure the full participation of young people in society by increasing their involvement in the civic life of local communities, supporting various forms of "learning to participate," and providing quality information services. - Promote opportunities for structured debate and dialogue. f) Social inclusion. - Prevent poverty and social exclusion among disadvantaged youth groups and break its intergenerational transmission by mobilizing all stakeholders in the lives of young people. - Help immigrants integrate into society without renouncing who they are, as well as raise awareness of their contributions, values, and cultures, considering their presence as a positive social event. - Harness the full potential of youth activities as a means of inclusion. - Develop intercultural awareness and skills among all young people. g) Volunteering. - Support youth volunteering by offering more volunteering opportunities to young people and facilitating it by removing barriers, raising awareness of its value, recognizing it as an important element of non-formal education, and strengthening the mobility of young volunteers. - Protect the rights of volunteers and guarantee the quality of volunteering, as well as promoting their mobility. h) Environment and Sustainable Development. - Mobilize youth at all levels (local, national, and international) using networks and tools available to them to raise awareness of environmental issues and global development issues. - Promote green consumption and production models among young people.
