Málaga, Spain — Within the framework of the ALL-IN — Advancing Language Learning for Inclusive Narratives project, a series of multiplier events were held at the facilities of Arrabal-AID in Málaga. These dissemination activities aimed to bring the project’s vision, objectives and learning resources closer to young people, especially those actively seeking employment.
During the sessions, participants were introduced to the core mission of ALL-IN, which focuses on fostering inclusive communication and inclusive language practices across educational, social and community settings. The events highlighted the value of building inclusive learning environments, raising awareness about respectful and diversity-sensitive language, and understanding how inclusive communication contributes to social cohesion and equality — key goals of the ALL-IN initiative.
A central part of the presentations was the Open Educational Resources (OER) platform developed by the project, which provides free and open access to learning materials designed to support inclusive narratives and communication skills. These resources are available to educators, youth workers, organisations and individuals interested in advancing inclusive practices.
Each multiplier event lasted approximately one hour, serving as an opportunity to disseminate project outcomes, introduce the educational content developed and raise awareness among young attendees about the importance of inclusive communication in personal, social and professional contexts.
In total, 138 young people, social workers and ngo staff took part in the events, many of whom are actively seeking employment — a group for whom enhanced communication skills and inclusive interaction are especially relevant. Reflecting on the importance of the initiative, Juan De Lucas, the International coordinator of Arrabal-AID stated:
“Inclusive communication is not only about language — it is about recognising diversity, promoting respect and creating real opportunities for participation. Through ALL-IN, we are equipping young people with essential skills that strengthen their employability and empower them to contribute positively to society.”
The multiplier events successfully increased awareness of inclusive language and communication practices among young jobseekers and provided improved access to high-quality, open educational tools that participants can use to enhance their skills. The sessions also contributed to building more inclusive, respectful and socially cohesive environments within the local community in Málaga.
By engaging young people with practical resources and knowledge, ALL-IN continues to advance its vision of fostering understanding, respect and appreciation for diversity, and promoting communication that reflects and supports inclusive narratives.
